Definitions
"SEL" Strategic Ecommerce Limited.
"Supplier" means a person having an online catalog displayed on this site.
"User" means any person viewing or using any ecommerce facilities contained in this site.
 
"Username" means the identifier by which a person or company is identified to this site during the logon process.
 
Use of Site
It is a condition of use of this site that Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Users of this site rely on the information contained in this site at their own risk.
SEL expressly excludes any liability to any User relating to the use of, or reliance on, any information displayed on this site.
 
Information pertaining to prices and availability of any goods sold by suppliers through catalogs linked to this site does not constitute, and should not be regarded as an offer to sell products on these terms.
 
Users agree that where there is a discrepancy between prices displayed on a seller's catalogs and pre-existing or pre-negotiated terms, these pre-negotiated terms have precedence over information displayed in an online catalog.
 
Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the Buyer in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a buyer that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
 
If SEL becomes aware that any Username on this site was registered by a supplier to that buyer or that the Users Username and password details are known to persons not authorised to buy on behalf of that User then SEL has the right to either disconnect the User or change the passwords and forward the new passwords to the User.
 
SEL reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the indentity of the buyer and also the currency and security of the passwords used.
 
The User warrants that whenever a person who knows the passwords used for buying leaves the company that the User will ensure that passwords are changed accordingly to protect security.
 
Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. SEL expressly excludes liability to any user of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of SEL.
 
Accuracy of Information
A large proportion of the information contained in this site is supplied to SEL by third parties. SEL has no control over the accuracy of some of the information contained on this site and expressly excludes any liability to any user of the site in relation to incorrect information displayed on it.
 
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify SEL against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of this site by the User.
 
Copyright
All material displayed on this site is subject to the copyright of either SEL or its relevant client or contributor, and the copying, publishing and use of the material contained on this site is not permitted without the express written permission of SEL.
 
Security
Users agree that they will not disclose their Username or password to any third party and agree to indemnify both SEL and its suppliers against any loss or damage flowing from the unauthorised use of your password or log-in information.
